The Rabbitohs have rejected an NRL Magic Round initiative aimed at getting fans involved in the post-match press conferences, making it clear that Wayne Bennett will not take part in a proposed joint press conference that would include fan questions.
Club CEOs received an email last week informing them all coaches and captains would be required to attend joint press conferences in the forecourt of the Suncorp Stadium precinct, in front of fans, throughout Magic Round this weekend.
