Wanderers star Nicolai Muller knocked out, suffers suspected fracture in brutal challenge – Fox Sports
Western Sydney Wanderers striker Nicolai Muller’s season could be over, with coach Jean-Paul de Marigny fearful he has suffered a “fracture of some sort”.
Mullers match was brought to an end in the 27th minute on Friday night against Wellington, with the 32-year-old knocked out in a challenge from Louis Fenton, with players immediately calling medics onto the field.
The injury soured the Wanderes 1-0 win, which keeps their slim hopes of finals football alive.
