Walk-in coronavirus testing centre to be set up in Rhondda Cynon Taf – Wales Online
New restrictions are also being placed in care homes as the number of cases in the area rises

A mobile testing centre is being set up in the lower Rhondda area in response to a number of local clusters in the area.
People in the lower Rhondda area have been told to maintain social distancing after a surge in Covid-19 cases in several towns.
The three towns particularly singled out were Tonypandy, Porth and Penygraig.
In Rhondda Cynon Taf there is a rate of 32.7 cases per 100,000 population compared to 55.4 in Caerphilly where a l ocal lockdown has been announced.
