Spark and Vodafones drive to encourage customers on to wireless broadband has been labelled utter insanity by a rural broadband group which says it is a waste of scarce radio waves.
Mike Smith, chairman of the Wireless Internet Service Providers Association (Wispa), laid some blame at the door of Chorus, saying it might suggest its wholesale prices for ultrafast broadband were too high.
