Two weeks on from a snap lockdown that plunged Greater Brisbane into tight restrictions, the Queensland government have announced an ease of restrictions across the state from 6am.
Following consultation with chief health officer Jeanette Young, Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk announced coronavirus restrictions will be lifted earlier statewide after no new cases of community transmission emerged.
The mandate on masks will cease but masks are still required at the airport and on flights, and Queenslanders…
