Virgin flight sale: Sydney Queensland airfares reduced amid border change

Sydneysiders craving a holiday in the Sunshine State after being locked out of Queensland for weeks have a chance to book cheap flights.

Virgin Australia has launched a sale including a number of flights from Sydney to Queensland holiday destinations for under $100.

Those destinations include Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, as well as a range of routes across Australia.

Flights from Sydney to Bryon Bay (Ballina) can be snapped up for $75.
