											 The domestic fares wars are heating up, with Virgin Australia upping the stakes for the second time in two days slashing the price of Sydney-Melbourne services, with select fares plummeting to $49.
The carrier hasn’t wasted any time matching rival Rex’s offer for $49 economy seats and $199 business class seats between Sydney and Melbourne, dropping the sale flights mere hours after Rex.
Virgin Australia only yesterday announced they’d be extending their Let the Good Times Fly sale until February…
