Australian Retailers Association head Paul Zahra says Andrews government ignored ‘progressive reopening’ strategy

Retail boss Paul Zahra has warned Victorias roadmap out of lockdown could wipe out 50% of small businesses in the state as he accused the state government of failing to consider alternatives such as progressive reopening.
Zahra, the former chief executive of David Jones who is now head of the Australian Retailers Association, made the comments at the National Press Club in Canberra on Wednesday.
