Health Minister Martin Foley has shared new details about the state’s new local coronavirus cases.
A child and a woman have tested positive for COVID-19 after attending a private family function in Melbournes north.
Health Minister Martin Foley told reporters on Sunday that the three-year-old child and a woman had both attended a function venue at 426 Sydney Rd Coburg on Saturday, February 6.
They are from separate households, he told reporters, adding both are linked to the Melbourne Airport Holiday Inn hotel cluster which now numbers 16.
