Victorian DHHS asks hundreds to self-isolate, but says Black Rock outbreak is ‘starting to settle down’

Victorian health authorities have asked more than 1,000 people connected to the latest outbreak to self-isolate, as reports emerge that the DHHS may have failed to contact some who have been potentially exposed to positive coronavirus cases.

- The exposure date initially listed on the DHHS website was changed a day later
- There are now more than 200 testing sites operating in Victoria
