Victorian couple fined for Queensland border breaches after bring COVID into state

A Victorian couple has avoided criminal charges for breaching Queensland border restrictions before testing positive for COVID-19.
The man and woman sparked a virus scare last week when they were both found positive, after fleeing the Victorian lockdown before arriving in Queensland on June 5.
