Victoria will move to allowing 100 per cent of seated indoor and outdoor capacity for entertainment, cultural and sporting venues up to a maximum of 1,000 patrons per space.
The new rule come into effect from 11:59pm on Friday.
“Designated empty chairs at these venues can now be filled,” Health Minister Martin Foley said in a Friday evening press release.
