Victoria weighs tighter rules for hotspots – The Australian Financial Review
The Victorian government is examining banning particular activities in hotspots after recording a “deeply concerning” 238 new cases and after police issued $1 million in fines to people flouting the rules.

Victoria Police have issued 546 infringement notices worth more than $900,000 under the latest stage-three lockdown and said they had found parties, poker games, people playing Pokémon and others hiding in “cupboards and garages”.
