Victoria travel permit system declares Perth, Peel and parts of Queensland as red zones amid COVID lockdowns

Victoria is ramping up its border measures with parts of Western Australia and Queensland following twin lockdowns.

The Perth and Peel regions in WA and southeast Queensland and Townsville commenced COVID lockdowns on Tuesday.
