Victoria will downgrade Greater Brisbane, Gladstone and Byron Bay from orange to green zones from midnight tonight.People travelling from those areas to Victoria will no longer need to quarantine and get tested upon arrival in the state.
Everyone entering Victoria from interstate will still need to apply for a travel permit, which can be found on the Service Victoria website.
