Victoria reports second case of bird flu at free-range egg farm near Lethbridge – 7NEWS.com.au
Health authorities have placed a free-range egg farm into quarantine and all birds on the property will be destroyed after it tested positive for bird flu.

A second free-range egg farm near Lethbridge in Victoria has returned a positive test for H7N7 avian influenza virus or bird flu – forcing health officials to put in place emergency controls.
The farm is within the existing restricted area where a case of bird flu was confirmed on July 31.
All birds on the affected property are now being destroyed and movement of birds in and out of the quarantine area is restricted.
