Victoria has recorded a ‘donut day’ amid hopes restrictions will be able to be eased sooner than expected.
Victoria has reported its fourth donut day in the current COVID-19 outbreak.
There were zero new local cases of the virus reported on Sunday from more than 19,500 tests.
Two cases were detected in hotel quarantine.
There was just one new community case…
