Victoria records zero new coronavirus cases, as COVID-19 fragments detected in suburban wastewater

Victoria has recorded zero new coronavirus cases for the second day in a row, the state’s health department says.
Key points:
- Viral fragments have been found in wastewater around Lilydale and Olinda
- There have also been wastewater fragments found in Melbourne’s outer west
- 3,762 Victorians have been vaccinated since the program started last Monday
Health authorities received 7,440 COVID-19 test results on Saturday, a decrease from the 10,297 processed the previous day.
No new cases were recorded in the community or hotel quarantine, but international arrivals in Victoria have been on hold for about two weeks.
There are 15 active cases in Victoria, which was no change from Saturday.
