Victoria records three local coronavirus cases linked to Black Rock cluster, exposure sites list expands

Victorian authorities say it is “exceptionally positive” that three new locally acquired coronavirus cases were already quarantining, but have warned against complacency as the list of exposure sites continues to grow.
Key points:
- The Sikh temple in Keysborough and the cafe at IKEA’s Springvale store have been added to the list of high-risk sites
- Testing chief Jeroen Weimar says there is a “very good chance” the cluster will be contained
- But he says Victorians need to keep getting tested to pick up on other chains of transmission
There were three locally acquired COVID-19 infections recorded from 32,544 test results processed on Monday.
One more case has been detected in hotel quarantine, in an international air crew member.
