Melbourne’s Covid-19 outbreak grew to 35 cases yesterday with five new locally acquired infections that authorities are investigating in order to determine whether or not they are part of the cluster.
As the northern suburbs infections circle of contacts is being traced more than 170 exposure sites have been listed, including shops, pubs and bars.
Authorities say that several exposure sites in Melbourne’s north are spots of “significant concern”.
