Victoria records 334 new local COVID cases and one death as regional areas move to relaxed restrictions

Victoria has recorded 334 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19, the biggest daily tally of the outbreak to date, and one coronavirus death.
There were 39,027 vaccinations administered at state run sites, with 42,998 test results received.
