Victoria Park’s future to celebrate its past

Under Brisbane City Council’s vision, the Victoria Park Golf Course will gradually be transformed into a genuine Indigenous centre – the city’s first.
“I think at the moment, one of the missing parts of the cultural experience in Brisbane is the opportunity to visit an Indigenous Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural facility and learn more about the culture,” Brisbane lord mayor Adrian Schrinner said.
