Victoria overhauls contact tracing system – The Australian Financial Review
Victoria’s contact racing system is being completely rebuilt, decentralised and supported by a purpose built cloud system to speed up tracing.

Mr Andrews said the new technology platform would use a specialist cloud platform developed by Salesforce to “consolidate and align many different platforms into one platform”.
“It just means that there is less pen and paper, there is less manual data entry,” he said.
He said it would facilitate the decentralisation of contact tracing and enable everyone to have access to the same system.
