Victoria downgrades Brisbane to ‘orange zone’, zero local coronavirus cases recorded

People in Brisbane will be allowed to travel to Victoria without needing to apply for an exemption under a relaxation of the state’s border restrictions.

From 6:00pm AEDT on Saturday, the Brisbane local government areas of Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Redlands, Logan and Ipswich have been downgraded from a “red zone” to an “orange zone”.
People travelling from orange zones can apply online for a permit to enter Victoria.
