Victoria coronavirus update: Zero local cases as border permit system goes live

Victoria has recorded no new locally acquired coronavirus cases for the sixth day in a row.
There have also been no new cases recorded in hotel quarantine.
The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) received 18,139 test results in the 24 hours to midnight yesterday.
There are now 38 active cases of coronavirus in Victoria, down from 40 yesterday.
