Victoria coronavirus rental eviction moratorium to be extended to the end of the year – ABC News
Victoria’s moratorium on rental evictions and rent increases will be extended until the end of the year, and landlords will be able to apply for cash payments to compensate for a loss of income.
Tenants will be further protected from rent increases and evictions, and landlords will be able to apply for cash payments, under a suite of measures announced by the Victorian Government.
