Victoria coronavirus cases 15 and five deaths on Wednesday as 14-day average drops below 30 – 7NEWS.com.au
Melbourne’s chance of easing lockdown restrictions has received a big boost.

Victoria has recorded another low day of coronavirus cases and the 14-day average has dropped below 30.
On Tuesday, the Department of Health and Human services confirmed there had been 15 new cases recorded in the past 24 hours.
There have also been five further deaths, bringing the states toll to 771 and national figure to 859.
The 14-day average in metropolitan Melbourne is now 29.4 and there are 41 mystery cases.
It is 1.1 in regional Victoria with no mystery cases.
