‘You can’t get married twice’
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shocked fans when they claimed they’d been married privately, three days before their official wedding on May 19, 2018.
It was a sweet moment, one they explained away by saying they wanted their official union to take place privately to avoid the “spectacle” of the public event that “wasn’t our day”.
This morning, however, there are doubts being cast about their claim based on Church of England rules.
