Victoria has recorded 15 new coronavirus cases and one death, as a shopping centre cluster continues to grow.
Premier Daniel Andrews on Tuesday confirmed eight of the new cases were linked to known outbreaks, while seven remained under investigation.
It’s the state’s highest daily total of new infections in nine days but Melbourne’s 14-day case average has dropped to 10.6 from 11.6 on Monday.
The city’s total number of mystery cases between September 20 and October 3 is 13.
