‘Valorant’ Patch 1.11 Is Being Rolled Back And Delayed Due To Hilarious Bugs – Forbes
The patch is so unstable Riot is taking the patch offline and delaying it for other regions.

Riot Games has decided to roll back the Valorant patch 1.11 after multiple users reported major issues with the patch. As the massive qualifiers for the First Strike tournament are also taking place in some regions today, Riot has decided the best option to stabilise the game is to roll back the patch and have the qualifiers be played on the 1.10 patch until a fix is issued for the new content.
