Vacuum cleaner sold nationwide recalled over fears it could burst into flames

A vacuum cleaner sold at Aldi stores across the country has been urgently recalled over fears they could catch on fire.The Easy Home Multicyclonic Vacuum Cleaner was sold at Aldi in the ACT, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia from February 5 to March 3 2020 and September 5 to December 9.
According to the recall notice, the vacuum’s motor “may overheat when the dust filter is blocked, which can result in a fire.”
