PAUL Since getting vaccinated against COVID-19, Malcolm McDonald has seen his son in person for the first time in months.But for the 84-year-old, who received his final vaccination at the end of February, many things havent changed. Activities at his St. Paul senior-living facility are still limited or on hold, and he often has to stay in his room where hes grown to enjoy the quiet solace of gazing out onto the Mississippi River from his window.
