US police officer who shot and paralysed Kenosha man Jacob Blake returns to duty

A white policeman cleared of criminal wrongdoing after shooting an African American man in the back last August in Kenosha, Wisconsin, has been returned to duty.

The incident ignited deadly protests in Wisconsin, that stoked a summer of US racial tensions.
