University of Queensland staff call for end to spill and fill of academic positions
University of Queensland staff are calling on the university to halt its “spill and fill” of positions as they fight anticipated job losses in the School of Architecture.

Academic staff within the School of Architecture have written to the university urging them not to “disestablish” all 20 positions and instead seek expressions of interest for voluntary redundancies, part-time appointments or pre-retirement contracts.
