Ahead of the much anticipated UFC 257, the promotion has cut undefeated lightweight Ottman Azaitar, just one day before he was scheduled to face Matt Frevola on the Conor McGregor v Dustin Poirer card.
Azaitar, an exciting German-Moroccan lightweight with 10 career knockouts, was axed from the promotion altogether for committing a “violation of the health and safety protocols”.
