‘Unbelievable’: Kerr stuns Champions League in ‘best ever’ game for Chelsea
Sam Kerr is being praised for her best performance in a Chelsea shirt as the Blues beat Wolfsburg 2-1 in the first leg of their Womens Champions League quarter-final on Wednesday.
The 27-year-old scored the opening goal and then provided an assist for Pernille Harder in what turned out to be the winner against her old side,
Chelsea boss Emma Hayes said after the match that Kerr was at the peak of her powers having joined the club in November 2019.
