Woodcut, the latest Sydney restaurant from chef Ross Lusted is drawing praise on many fronts, but it could be their singular approach to caviar that becomes a decadent signature.
“I was looking for something that was unique and had a story,” says Lusted of N25 Caviar, which starts on his menu at $310 for just 50g of their Oscietra.
