UK’s COVID-19 reproduction number drops to between 0.9 and 1.0_china.org.cn – China.org.cn

LONDON, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) — Britain’s reproduction number, also known as the R number, for COVID-19 has decreased to between 0.9 and 1, according to the figures updated on Friday by the government.
The R number is the average number of secondary infections produced by a single infected person.
