Beloved actress Dame Barbara Windsor, known for her roles in Eastenders and the Carry On films, has died aged 83.

UK television star Dame Barbara Windsor, known for her roles in Eastenders and the Carry On films, has died aged 83.
The iconic star was known for playing Peggy Mitchell in the long-running BBC soap and played the cheeky good time girl in nine Carry On Films until 1974.
Windsors husband Scott Mitchell confirmed she had died at 8.35pm on Thursday at a London Care home.
She had been battling Alzheimers Disease for six years.
