Boynton Beach Police arrested Rivera on Thursday afternoon (US time) and he is being held without bail, reports ESPN.
The police report stated two women, aged 22 and 33, were found with multiple stab wounds. The younger woman had been stabbed in her back, head and arm, while the older woman had wounds in her back, face, arms and hands. Both were alive and taken to a local hospital.
