TWU lodges Federal Court case against Qantas over company’s decision to outsource 2,000 jobs – ABC News
The Transport Workers Union (TWU) is claiming that Qantas’s decision to outsource 2,000 jobs is unlawful under the Fair Work Act.
The main union representing aviation workers will launch a Federal Court case today over moves by Qantas to outsource more than 2,000 jobs.
