Two new COVID-19 cases recorded in Portland – Walcha News
There are two new cases of coronavirus in Portland, but case numbers are expected to come down.
Two more people who tested positive to COVID-19 in Portland on Thursday have been linked to the city’s second cluster.
Portland District Health chief executive officer Chris Giles revealed the cases were close contacts of the second cluster.
Ms Giles said more cases related to the existing outbreak had been expected.
“The cases have been been in home quarantine and there is no evidence of any community transmission,” she said.
