Two more coronavirus cases now linked to South Australia cluster, authorities say

South Australia’s hotel quarantine arrangements have been thrust under the spotlight after it was revealed two returned travellers previously thought to have caught coronavirus overseas are now believed to have acquired it while in an Adelaide medi-hotel.

The cases — a husband and wife — have now been linked to the Parafield cluster, hours after health authorities ruled out such a connection.

The pair returned from overseas on November 11 and have been quarantining in the Peppers Waymouth medi-hotel.
