Renowned UK chef and restaurateur Gary Usher doesn’t usually respond to negative reviews of his venues, but a particularly harsh critique lulled the chef out of “Twit-advisor hibernation” and his biting response has gone viral.
When an unimpressed customer at the Sticky Walnut in Chester left a scathing one-star review on Tripadvisor, imploring would-be patrons to avoid the popular restaurant “like the plague”, Usher, 36, was moved to hit back.
