ANOTHER spectacular trophy home on prestigious Hamilton Hill has sold off-the-plan for circa $8 million before construction even starts.
The modern luxe mansion called ‘Larc’ at 7 Prospect Terrace has been snapped up by a Queensland businessman who had been shopping around for two years for the perfect Brisbane home.
