Leading provincial trainer Kim Waugh will front the stewards later this month after being issued with three charges relating to allegations of cruelty on a horse she trains.
Waugh and jockey Serg Lisnyy were each issued with three charges following a stewards investigation conducted on April 13.
Lisnyy was charged with;
AR231(1)(a) Committing an act of cruelty on the racehorse Tarsus on 20 March 2021, by using spurs on the racehorse Tarsus in a manner that mistreated the horse and resulted in Tarsus…
