‘Train wreck’: Channel Seven’s scathing attack on ‘incompetent’ Cricket Australia – Fox Sports
Channel 7 boss James Warburton has launched a blistering attack on Cricket Australia, labelling it the “most incompetent administration” he’s ever worked with.
The incredible comments come as the network considers pulling the pin on its $450 million contract with Cricket Australia over a bitter conflict with the 2020-21 summer schedule.
The Daily Telegraph reports that CA has refused to hand Channel 7 a discount for the upcoming season that will see the Big Bash League lose big names to hubs to keep the international season – featuring India, New Zealand and Afghanistan – rolling.
