TPG’s Teoh keeps key execs in post-merger shake-up – The Australian Financial Review
TPG Telecom founder David Teoh has held on to two of his longest-serving executives in a management shake-up following the merger of TPG and Vodafone.
Dan Lloyd, former head of external affairs for Vodafone, will stay on to drive the integration of the wholesale teams.
Nick Pachos, TPG’s head of enterprise and government, will continue in the role in the merged company.
Sean Crowley, Vodafone’s acting chief financial officer, will remain with the company as deputy chief financial officer and Mandie de Ville, former chief information officer of TPG, will become executive general manager of IT.
