The 1950s house in one of Brisbane’s most expensive suburbs has been demolished to make way for the Carmichael’s next dream home.
The former owners of a statement Townsville residence that smashed the city’s price record quietly purchased another million-dollar fixer-upper in a Brisbane blue-chip suburb – and knocked it down.
