The property, which includes a luxury mansion and guest home, has everything the budding stuntman or woman could need.
Action film star Tom Cruise once felt the need for speed in his movie Top Gun, but these days the actor and high-profile Scientologist has found the need to offload a long-held property in Colorado.
Cruise listed his luxury ranch in Telluride in the Rocky Mountains for $A50.9 million late last week, after owning the property since the early 1990s.
